SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All prints and canvas are made to order therefore do take a little longer to get to you (but promise to be as quick as we can).  All orders will be dispatched within 7-10 days of placing the order.  If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Once the order is despatched it will be with you within 24 hours.  We use the Courier Guy for all of our National Deliveries 

Delivery is charged at R100.00 within South Africa

Wallpaper Delivery and Installation 

Our Wallpaper is either couriered to your door for you to install yourself alternatively we will arrange for one of our installers to do this for you.  The Wallpaper delivery cost is calculated when we send you a quote as it will depend on your location.  Any questions about delivery please contact us at hello@kindesignandprint.com 

 

General Delivery Info

Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels if you request that it is left somewhere other than the address it has been posted to. 

If your parcel is lost, please contact us quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.


Return & Exchange Policy

If you not 100% satisfied with your print please simply email us within 7 working days of receiving your order and we can issue with with returns number.  We will process the refund as soon as we receive your order back with us safely. The customer will be responsible for all return fees.

Wallpaper Return Policy

All our wallpapers are custom made to measure therefore we don't accept returns, unless the wallpaper is damaged.

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Damages

We do endeavour to pack everything very carefully but in any instance where your product has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will do whatever we can to resolve it!
